At South County Outreach, we believe that everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home. For more than three decades, we’ve been leading the charge in Orange County to prevent homelessness and support families on their journey to housing stability. On Wednesday, April 23, we invite you to stand with us during Help Them Home Giving Day—a 24-hour online fundraising campaign focused on one powerful goal: ending homelessness in our community.
What is Help Them Home?
Help Them Home is a collaborative giving day hosted by the Orange County Community Foundation, bringing together over 28 local nonprofits committed to addressing homelessness. It’s a chance for our community to come together, amplify our collective impact, and raise essential funds to support the thousands of individuals and families in Orange County who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
